Right to Know / Open Records

The Avonworth Municipal Authority Board (Authority) recognizes the importance of public records as the record of the Authority's actions and the repository of information about the Avonworth Community Park. The public has the right to access and procure copies of public records, with certain exceptions, subject to law, the Authority's Rigth-To-Know Policy and administrative regulations.

If you have an Open Records request, please download the Right-To-Know Request Form and return it the the Avonworth Community Park via your desired method as indicated within the form.

The Avonworth Municipal Authority (“Authority”) is a local agency for purposes of the Right-to-Know Law, Act 3 of 2008 (“Act”).
