Mayernik Center
The Mayernik Center was constructed, with the help of R. David Mayernik, by receiving state funding for the building. The building was dedicated in July 1998 and was stated to be “the Park's crown jewel” as a community center and yearly rental. Through the early 2000s the facility became more and more popular for events, not only for the community, but for receptions and corporate events. By 2004, the facility had gotten so popular that the Oak Room was a necessary add-on.
The Mayernik Center is a year-round rental with a 200 person seating capacity. The Center is a beautiful log cabin building with a full wrap-around porch which allows guests to utilize the inside and outside of the facility. Featuring 18’ cathedral ceilings and stone fireplace in the main hall, it’s a perfect venue to get away from the norm of hotel or on-site meeting rooms. The Oak Room is located directly off of the main section of the Mayernik Center, hosts our eye-catching oak bar. This area is great for smaller corporate meetings or the buffet for receptions of any kind.
Surrounded by our beautifully landscaped park, the Mayernik Center provides a break from the busy city. Conveniently located off of I-279 or Route 65, it is the perfect venue for receptions and corporate events of all kinds.

Rental Information
Rental fees vary from year to year. Please inquire within for pricing.
The rental fee provides:
Set-up of tables and chairs
Events Coordinator present for the entire event
Clean-up of the hall after the event
Ohio Township Police Officer as security
*Sunday - Thursday events cannot go past 10 p.m. Friday and Saturday events cannot go past 11 p.m.
Catering
The Mayernik Center provides three in-house caterers to use for your event. To set up taste testings or for questions about services, please contact the caterer(s) directly.
PLEASE NOTE: Renter MUST choose between above caterers. No outside food or caterer is permitted.
Additional Services and Fees
Extra Hour: $425.00
You can purchase as many additional hours as you see fit for your event.
Ceremony: $300.00
Covers an additional 30 minutes of time for ceremony to take place as well as an hour for rehearsal time. Ceremonies may take place inside the Main Hall or outside in the Park.
Whole Park Rental: Price varies from year to year
Whole park rentals include rental of the Pavilion and Miller Hall. It excludes the Groves, baseball fields, and pool. Whole park rentals are encouraged when ceremonies take place outside in the Park.
Cocktail Tables: $50.00
Use of five cocktail tables for the duration of the entire event.
Sign Rental: $45.00

Beverages
The Mayernik Center provides soft drinks, beer and bartenders at an additional cost to the renter. Renter must utilize soda system, beer, and bartenders through the Mayernik Center, no exceptions.
PLEASE NOTE: The alcohol service will not exceed four and a half hours regardless of the length of the event. Any event needing to last longer than seven hours will need Board approval.
Set-up and Clean-up
All set-up and decorations are the responsibility of the renter. There will be a time alottment prior to your event to decorate/set-up. Clean-up (with the exception of the garbage and linens) are the responsibility of the renter.
